Metex... from start to finish.
Our commitment to seeing a project through to its conclusion is evident in the
10,000 square feet of our site that is devoted solely to finishing processes.
As we produce a wide range of structures in varying sizes and materials it is
necessary to demonstrate the same flexibility in the finishing processes we offer.
Systems include: • Blast cleaning.• Vapour degreasing.• Phosphating
(Iron).• Stove
enamelling.• Wet painting.• Powder coating (both on our conveyorised
line or off-line in the 6m x 2.5m x 2.5m ovens) • Electrozinc
plating.• Gold or clear passivating (plating vats are 3m x 1.5m x 1.5m
alongside a barrel plate unit)
